I had originally designed this little digivice model for potential use in an RP. I quickly lost interest in the storyline I was trying to work it into. The base image has been collecting digital dust in my hard drive ever since.

Yesterday I thought Cat was going into town to get a new charger cable for her cell phone, unaware that a sudden snow storm had prevented her parents from taking her. Since I had nothing better to do I attempted, with surprising success, to illustrate a miniature sprite of my made-up digimon partner, Zapmon, like the ones on the Digimon virtual pets.

Then, for good measure, I spent the next two hours making 47 individual panels to create this animation. Yay for computers with unnecessarily primitive applications! It's relatively simple and ridiculously adorable at the same time.
