It's no secret that I was obsessed with Digimon in high school. V-mon (Veemon) was one of my favorites. Back then it was easy to find fanart galleries that were updated with some regularity and I eventually stumbled across the concept of a Gijinka, but I couldn't find any of V-mon. I gradually worked up the courage to attempt my own using the Digimon Zero Two manga for reference while I was at school and away from my computer. The picture also contains the regular versions of V-mon, Chibimon (Demi Veemon) and Chicomon (Chibomon). I remember I was almost tempted to add XV-mon (ExVeemon) to the mix, but I decided it wasn't worth risking what I already had.

This drawing was done sometime between 4/14/2004 and 4/22/2004 prior to my drawing of Slashmon. I had it saved once on my old computer, but it was lost unlike some other things I had uploaded elsewhere. Being as I still have the original and I just got a new printer/scanner there was no reason why I couldn't re-scan it.
